Rides along by itself
Get in, connect to CarPlay or your car’s Bluetooth and the trip starts — through a Shortcuts automation. Address, time and distance are recorded; you pick business, woon-werk or private with one tap.
KMklopt keeps your rittenregistratie while you drive, shows each week what still needs a look and fits everything to your odometer. So you stay under the 500 private kilometres — and can show it.

Three habits that make your log complete, without thinking about it every day.
Get in, connect to CarPlay or your car’s Bluetooth and the trip starts — through a Shortcuts automation. Address, time and distance are recorded; you pick business, woon-werk or private with one tap.
Regular trips are proposed from your routine. At the end of the week you see them all and confirm in one go. Nothing counts until you confirm it.
Now and then, take a photo of your dashboard. KMklopt reads the reading and compares it with your trips. Kilometres that belong to no trip show up at once — and never quietly become business.
You choose per car how you use it. KMklopt fits the checks, the overview and the audit pack to that.
Stay under 500 private km a year and be able to show it, prorated when you have the car for part of the year. Also for a DGA with a car of their BV.
A sole trader with the car on the business faces the same 500 km test, in the income tax return. KMklopt keeps it per year.
With a declaration of business-only use (verklaring uitsluitend zakelijk gebruik) every private kilometre counts: KMklopt flags it at once. Without one, the 500 km limit applies.
Business and commute kilometres per month with the amount, as a km statement for your employer or your bookkeeping.
For each turn, the reading at pickup and return and who drove, so every trip is on the right driver.
Change lease cars and the cars you had one after another share the same 500 km. KMklopt adds them up and shows where you stand per car.
Drive more than 500 km privately in a year and you pay bijtelling. KMklopt keeps the count, prorates it when you have the car for part of the year and forecasts where you end up on 31 December. Woon-werk is shown on its own but counts as business.
When the Belastingdienst asks for your rittenregistratie, make a PDF with every trip, the totals, odometer readings, a revision log and an evidence index — plus a CSV for Excel. Every trip shows how it was logged.
Forgot to keep track? The reconstruction wizard rebuilds a period from your regular pattern and evidence, fitted to real odometer readings. Every trip is labelled “reconstructed” and you get a method statement.
A continuous log from today is stronger evidence. Have a tax adviser review a reconstructed period.
KMklopt works fully offline and keeps a copy on servers in the EU, so you lose nothing when you change phones. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
